I’ve been a successful businessman, entrepreneur in the technology, marketing and media industries for the past 28+ years. I was never a believer in mindfulness and meditation or any self-help methods. When I tell you I was not a believer, that is an understatement. As a matter of fact, I thought it was complete nonsense. Still, like most of you, I’ve had trouble dealing with stress, anxiety, anger, depression and a lack of sleep. My mind was always racing; I simply could not control my emotional state.
I went through a life-changing experience several years ago. I was fortunate to have the universe step in and introduce me to an unbelievable person, Harvey Wasserman, who was 90 at the time. He had been a trained surgeon at the start of his career. He fell in love with the mind during a turn on the psychiatry ward in a New York City hospital. He then traveled the world, seeking out mindfulness as a way to treat mental health. He was not a believer in medication, so mindfulness and getting in touch with your emotions was the next best thing. Over 60 years, he honed his techniques and training and refined it to work, along with science, in order to “heal the mind and set it free”. Fortunately, with the two of us coming from similar backgrounds, he took me under his wing. We were truly kindred spirits and our friendship will live on forever. He taught me everything from Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) to mindfulness, meditation, and psychology. He essentially taught me how to heal.

One day, Harvey invited me into his office. He asked if I wanted to try to meditate. I said, “I’m not really into it…”. He convinced me to try it. He gave me the gift of “silencing my mind”. He developed a 5-minute meditation based on the combination of physiology and mindfulness that literally silences the mind. I was silenced. I couldn’t believe it. The only thing I could say after experiencing this transformation was, “what else have you got?”….and the rest is history. It works with anyone with no condition or any condition. I was amazed.
After training for hours and hours a day for several years, I conceived a 7-day program to experience the power of the mind and harness your emotional state. Harvey passed away recently, and as my homage and tribute to him, I am carrying the flame of his 60 years of dedication to helping people and providing this powerful program to the world.
