Hi!I'm Aedín, a Limerick city kid who has been living in Galway for the past 10 years. As well as being able to give you insider information on the best restaurants, bars and cafes to frequent in Galway, Limerick and Dublin, I can also tell you about all the family friendly activities on offer in all three cities. I am also familiar with counties Clare, Kerry and Mayo so please contact me if your travels take you out of the urban landscape. I have two small children, one of whom has Down Syndrome, so I can let you know what activites are suitable for you if members of your family have special needs.
Galway offers families everything they need for an amazing Irish holiday. Known as the City of the Tribes, it is the home of amazing festivals, gorgeous sandy beaches and friendly locals. It is jam-packed with family friendly cafes, restaurants and events.
Limerick has undergone something of a cultural transformation in recent years. It offers many family friendly outlets and great value for money.
Dublin is our nation's capital-steeped in history and offering loads to do for families.
