My favorite things about my cities

In Philadelphia and the surrounding area there is so much history that there will never be a dull moment. There is plenty to discover and see including the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia and the history of Valley Forge not to far from Philadelphia. There are sights to see for both the adults and kids that include the wonderful museums to the Carnival on the waterfront. The hotels within the city are a wonderful way to end your day and catch up on some rest. Rest you will need to hit the ground running for your next day and adventure here in Philadelphia.
When heading to the shore Atlantic City is one of the more well known stops. There is of course the casinos to visit for those who enjoy the slots and fun at the gaming tables. There are shops along the boardwalk and of course the beach is always welcoming visitors. Atlantic City has some of the best restaurants no matter what your budget is. They offer the outlet shops which are right in the middle of the city and of course the shops on the Pier. There is the marina district which has a few casinos and allows you to be away from the boardwalk if you are in search of a more quiet get a way. If you care to travel outside of Atlantic City there is always a visit to Lucy the Elephant in Margate or maybe you want to head to Ocean City for some of the famous Johnson's Carmel Popcorn and Fralingers salt water taffy. There is more history further south when heading to Cape May to see the beautiful houses and history.
